Our client, is looking for a high calibre candidate to fill up the position:-

Job Responsibilities:-

Provide high quality service and market Company''s products to pension scheme members, retail fund investors and distributors ("Clients") via telephone, fax and other means.

• Work with other memebers of Investor Services as a team to ensure overall service standards are met
• Respond to inquiries and issues from Clients via telephone and written correspondence (incl. emails, faxes and letters)
• Handle face-to-face meeting with Clients
• Handle transaction requests from pension scheme members
• Follow-up with Clients on inquiries, outstanding issues and not-in-good-order transactions, etc.
• Conduct internal morning briefings
• Cross-sell Company''s prducts (incl. preserved accounts, FVC and retail funds) to Clients
• Make appropriate recommendations for continuous workflow improvements
• Participate in adhoc projects assigned by Management from time to time

Job Requirements:-

• University degree, preferably under Finance or Business disciplines
• Preferably 2 years of customer service experience in the financial industry
• SFC license or at least completed LE Paper 1,7,8
• Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good PC skills (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Team player
• Immediate available is preferred
